July 28th:
SNC The last
"Saturday Nite Cruise©"
for July 2007. Our caravan would only be the 3 Corvairs today. So Tony
& Sharon in their '62 Coupe, Mike & Kristen in their '64 convertible

RAIN!. 159 Cars rolled up the bricks of "Deac Hundley Avenue". .....Bill

SCTNC It was Hot and
Sunny at 4:00 as we made our way to the Cruise-In driving our '61
Corvair. "Mustang Mike" was just parking his rig in the preferred

WNCI
Earlier in the day we were called with some sad news from Bert, fellow
cruiser and friend,
Clint Olson passed away at his home last night. .....A
few photos from the Cruise and rest of the story here.
July 24th: I have added
a site where the Friday Night, Saturday Nite Cruisers, Cruise Staff or
even regular spectators may send us Birthday and Anniversary details to
be listed in the printed version of "Steve Butler's Cruise-In News".
Wednesday and Thursday Cruisers that have updated their information
with registration since 2004 will already be listed.

July 21st:
SNC Saturday,
1:00PM, that must mean that it is time to head to Old Town. The
weatherman gave us a 60% chance of rain today. Right now it was about 97

16 cars made it to the "Square before the rain fell. .........A

SNC It was said
that there was 60% chance of rain for today, that didn't dampen the
spirits of the the "Regulars" that meet at the "Top of the Hill". Tony &
Sharon, back from their vacation would be the second to arrive in "Lucy"

SCTNC Wild and Wet,
had to say it that way so I wouldn't infringe on any Trade Names but it
was! Lots of close lightening greeted us just after we arrived at the
Sonic about 4:15 in the recently washed "Elvira", our '60 Ranchero.

7*7*7 the "Lucky Day" people all over the
World are getting married or heading out on Gambling Junkets. Race fans
would be headed for Daytona for the delayed running of the Winn-Dixie
250 this morning and the Pepsi 400 tonight. We would be headed for Old

Was called today because of the Holiday. Happy 4th of July to all! Hope
the day was all you expected it to be.
July 1st: About 40 cars
made their way to "Lenny's Pub" for his first annual "Car Show"
