The "Saturday Nite Cruise©"
"Rear View Mirror"
Allot of things look better in the rear view mirror.
Especially work, and the cool cars and people at the Old Town Saturday
Nite Cruise.
Laura (KI4ZJX) and myself (KI4GJS) had the pleasure of riding in the
back of Steve & Linda's (K4SLB & K4EIO) Ranchero, for a nice rear
view mirror look at the cruise.
I had my little Sony Cyber-shot with me and a portable tripod. The
pictures from the back of the Ranchero are not spectacular, but they
were fun to take.
I usually like to set the camera on the ISO setting, on solid ground.
That usually works out quite well. The pictures taken from the back of
the Ranchero, did not work out too well on that setting, so I put
it in auto mode. The little onboard flash did a nice job.
It's a neat experience, riding in the back of a pick-up truck. You get a
different view of the world. I almost wanted to jump up on the tool box,
and wag my tail and bark at people. Yeah Yeah, I know ...
My mind works in strange ways sometimes.
Thanks again Steve and Linda, for the cool cruise.
Enjoy the pictures
